The brick exterior and interior walls add a lot of charm to this perfectly located downtown property with parking!
Your apartment is 1 of 10 equipped with its own washer and dryer, a super-comfy queen-sized bed, smart TV, SUPERFAST WIFI, and the convenience of a delicious restaurant right downstairs.
From the historic exposed brick walls to your front door everything has been renovated! Equipped with your own kitchen (and all the cooking essentials incl. salt, pepper, and olive oil) a washer and dryer if you will be staying with us a bit longer, smart TV linked to WIFI. Cozy seating areas, a kitchen table to enjoy a home-cooked meal, a delicious meal from the restaurant downstairs, or use it as a space to get some work. You will feel right at home :)

The Ambassador by Midtown Stays has its own parking lot next to the hotel and every guest gets one dedicated parking space. You can walk to everything downtown Memphis has to offer, including the famous Beal St, The Orpheum Theater, FedEx Forum, Dozens of Restaurants & Bars, and The National Civil Rights Museum.
Your apartment has digital door locks so you can check in on your own! So meeting you there in person won't be necessary but we will be available 24/7 if you need anything at all just send us a quick message!
Your apartment is located right next to everything! Out front of the historic Ambassador hotel, you'll see the trolley passing by on a regular basis on S. Main street where many fantastic dining and entertainment options are located (including "South on Beale" the restaurant on the first floor of your building! No car necessary here (although you will have a dedicated parking place). You can walk across the street and catch some live music or walk a couple of minutes more and find yourself on the famous Beale St!
Hop on the trolley out the front door of your building, rent a bike or scooter from across the street, grab an uber, or... if you are feeling adventurous, take a seat on one of the horse carriages that pass by regularly! Plenty of transportation options at your fingertips and a short uber ride to the airport (~15 min)
***Other things to note:
We are right above SOB Restaurant and there will be noise that's noticeable during their normal hours of operation of 11am-9pm (10pm on weekends). We feel the convenience and fun nightlife energy just adds to the experience, but if you need more peace and quite...just make sure you reserve a room on the 3rd floor (units 301-305). Refunds will not be given due to noise level in apartment, rent at your own risk...but trust us, you will love it!
**There is NO elevator on the property.

➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival
➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking
➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
➤ No parties or events allowed
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled
➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy
➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit
➤ No pets allowed
➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
➤ Remember to take all your belongings when checking out. Left something? There's a $75 Mailing Fee (not including postage). We aim to return items within 7-10 business days, but please bear with us during busy times. Thanks for understanding!
➤ For security reasons, NO food or package deliveries inside our gated complexes or internal buildings. Please meet them outside the buildings or gates.
➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
