Minutes to the Memphis Zoo! The Berclair Cottage

Summary:
Our 4-bedroom/2-bathroom home accommodates 12 guests and features a full kitchen plus a large backyard with seating. We are within 5 minutes of High Point Grocery and High Point Pizza, Memphis's favorite pizza place! The Memphis Zoo and Brooks Museum of Art are a 15-minute drive, and Downtown Memphis is only a 25-minute drive! Our photos include professional and real-time images, so you know exactly what to expect. We have no doubt that you will love our home, and we can't wait to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter the house through the front door with a digital door code. Once inside, you'll be see the open-concept living space which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. These rooms feature a queen sleeper sofa, a smartTV, oversize farmhouse table with bench seating, a fully-equipped kitchen and so much more!

There are four bedrooms in our house. The first bedroom has a king bed and there is a full in the second and third bedroom. The last bedroom has two twin over twin bunkbeds, making it the perfect place for a sleepover for the kids!

Don't forget to checkout the spacious backyard that is partially fenced, with a patio table and chairs, charcoal grill and plenty of room to play!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located on the East side of Memphis, about 5 mins from High Point Pizza!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We want to bring to your attention that a few of our guests have shared their experiences regarding our neighbor's dogs. It seems some guests may not be fond of their presence, as they are often outdoors. It's important to mention that these dogs are never in our yard. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we are continuously working to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
