Our first trip to Memphis & this house seemed to be in the better part of the city. Had everything we needed & the pool table was a big plus!! Communication was very good & check in/check out was very easy!!

Great stay in Memphis!
Property was perfect for our family’s vacation! Daphne was so kind and understanding of my kids playing with the Alexa system and was even kind enough to mail back something we forgot when we left. We will be back for sure!

Quiet Neighbourhood. Family friendly
We enjoyed our stay. Close to all we wanted to see and do. We had a car so not sure about public transport. The home had exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, relaxing and clean.

Fun Week
2 of my sisters and I, plus a friend stayed an entire week here. We had a fantastic time! Property is as shown in listing and was well located for all our activities: Graceland, the Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Tom Lee Park, good eating, shopping, and more.

Quiet space
Our stay here was a halfway point back home from Florida. The host was very responsive and even offered up suggestions for family friendly activities. The neighborhood is very quiet. We only saw a few people on one of the three days we were there. The interior is nicely decorated and we enjoyed playing pool. I would recommend this space and would consider staying here again.

March Madness
My 3 buddies and I travelled to Memphis for the NCAA games...we enjoyed the VRBO and it's location to downtown...neighborhood was quiet,,,everything was as advertised,,,we spent a lot of time in the pool table room!

Nice get-away spot!
My husband, mom and I were in town to visit Graceland and explore the area so it was a quick trip - only 2 nights. This place was close to Graceland - very convenient. We rented a car making it easy to get around. I didn't see many taxis or ubers, so highly recommend renting a car if you want to do a bit of exploring. Would stay here again if ever we were going to be in the area. Daphne was very responsive! She made sure the lights were on when I let her know we'd be arriving very late.

We loved it!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood really was very quiet and peaceful. I was concerned about traffic noise when I saw that it was located right next to the interstate but we never heard any traffic noise at all. Daphne was very responsive and even let us know that the house was available earlier than expected. The living areas were comfortable and we enjoyed some of the cool little pieces of decor. We had absolutely no complaints and will certainly stay here again.

Family Friendly
Great job of integrating antiques with more modern furnishings. Please bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry soap as there is not any provided. Be aware, the house is next to the freeway and railroad tracks. My ears are sensitive so I could hear the noise from them however, it was not too intrusive in the bedrooms. The sink and the bathtub finishing is chipping and needs to be replaced. There are many airfreshners in the house, but you can still catch whiffs of staleness.
