This house was perfect for my family. We loved sitting on the back deck chillin in serenity. The neighborhood was safe & the neighbors were friendly. The location was no more than 15 minutes away from every attraction, so I only spent $25 in gas for a five day stay. To sum it all up, we LOVED IT!!!
The home was beautiful it was better then described and the host was very helpful. I would recommend this residence to all my friends and family.

It was a nice
It was nice house. I would stay again on a quiet street. The railroad and train was there a lot. Got to do a little better at cleaning on my pillow I find long strings of hair. It was easy to check in. It was easy to communicate with the owner.
Overall this was a great house and we were very happy with it. It is very nicely done, well cared for, clean and comfortable. The owner could have been a little better with communication. It’s not that he didn’t respond, but often his responses were minimal one word answers when more detailed communication was warranted. Even though we had some weather related issues, those were really beyond the control of the owner, and my only real complaints were the lack of kitchen amenities…there was no toaster and a single cup keurig for a house that sleeps 12 people…utensils were a bit lacking as well. Other thank that very happy with our stay and a great value.

Memphis Visit 3/1
I do not believe that this home is in midtown. It is adjacent to midtown, but not truly in midtown. The renovations of the house are nice as well as the exterior. The furniture was nice and updated-- good decorating. There were no towels in either bathroom. We eventually found the hand and body towels the day we were leaving ---in a cabinet in the kitchen mind you. Why would we have looked there? There was a long hair on a pillow o in the queen bed room, Smears of stool in the back bathroom toilet, smears of stool in the master bath toilet, and a wad of hair in the shower of the master. Lastly, the house had an obvious smell of marijuana.
We were looking something relatively close to the convention center and this spot fit the bill. Super easy to get downtown. The house is in a little bit of a rough area, but it is very nicely renovated and the houses on either side also seem to be in better condition. There's a nice little park across the street. The inside was in fantastic condition. Everything super easy to get to and accessible and very comfortable. There is a very loud alarm that goes off if someone comes in one of the doors (understandable), but if anyone goes out side after others have gone to bed, they are going to hear it for sure. Better to be safe than sorry, though! The management was great to work with and everyone enjoyed their stay! Would def use the property again! If you choose to stay there, make sure to try Coletta's Italian restaurant just a few min down the road! Total dive but the pizza is really good!
The house appears great in the listing. However it was located on a one way street in a run down neighborhood with several boarded up houses. There was a heavily traveled train track at the end of the block which was a one way street to exit the neighborhood that sat for hours and blocked the road on multiple days. The house had a security alarm not mentioned and beeped when you entered. The roof leaked in the master bathroom when it rained. There were also some things that were not very clean. The wi-fi password was incorrect and when I messaged the host I never received a response the whole time in the house. Also towels were located in a kitchen cupboard and not communicated about so we had to hunt for them. Overall not a good experience.
The home has some gorgeous updates. Space is enormous and nicely designed. The colors, the tiles, the counters, the flooring, and the furnishings were all amazing when it was originally updated. The maintenance is severely lacking. Paint is all chipping off. Ceiling in main bathroom is falling in from water damage. There were several holes and divots in the walls. There is what looks like blood splatter on the light fixture in the dining room. The neighborhood is run down and full of abandoned and boarded up houses. There was no hand soap or body wash, other amenities were missing and the check in process was scary. The code given online did not work and the side door was left wide open. Upon contacting the host a new code was provided but still had to do a full sweep to make sure that there wasn’t anyone else in the house before bringing my children inside.
We believe this must be a new VRBO many things missing that should have been there. There needs to be a welcome book with information on who to call if you lose electricity, etc. the kitchen was also lacking in basics.
The property was very nice and as advertised. I believe it is a newer listing so is lacking in just a few things. We had to go in search of garbage bags for all the garbages, towels for the bathrooms, etc. one of the bathrooms did not have any hand soap or shampoo but the other one did. Overall it had all the necessary things and we had a nice stay. House was nice and clean overall. Manager was very nice and easy to work with. Would recommend.
