In the Comtoise valley of the Saône, in the heart of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, discover "Le Plessis-Vannon", family house restored with taste and authenticity, classified 5 stars by the National Agency of the Ministry of Tourism.
In this "country chic" style residence, you will be charmed by the refined decoration, the quality materials, the very comfortable facilities, the private heated indoor swimming pool (from the beginning of April to the end of October) and the large petanque playground and badminton as well as the 7 adult bikes and the child bike.
You will find the bakery at 1 km, all services (supermarket, pharmacy, doctor ...) at 6 km.
Located in the heart of a triangle formed by the cities of Vesoul at 45 km, Besançon at 50 km and Dijon at 70 km, you will enjoy a rich and varied regional heritage.

Our house includes:
On the ground floor: Large entrance with piano.
Large living room of 40 m² with fully fitted American kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, "American" fridge, etc.).
Shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC, laundry with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor, three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: a 180x200 bed for a couple.
Bedroom 2: a 180x200 bed and an 80x200 bed for a couple and a single person.
Bedroom 3: (Under the mezzanine) a 120x190 bed which can be suitable for an adult or two children.
We also provide a baby cot and a high chair.
Large bathroom with three adapted basins, bathtub, walk-in shower.
Separate WC.

In Mezzanine:
One bedroom: two 90x200 beds for two people.
A playroom for children under the eaves (table football and various games: Lego, Playmobil ...).

Plus :
High speed telephone and internet, all household appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (welcome capsules provided), flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Hi-Fi system, piano…

30 m² sunny terrace with parasols and gas barbecue overlooking shaded garden.
The 8 x 4 m swimming pool is reserved for your exclusive use. It is equipped with a counter-current swimming system, heating and a telescopic shelter conforming to child safety and which allows swimming in all weathers from the beginning of April to the end of October (use of open shelter or closed shelter ).
It has a fully equipped pool house (WC, fridge with freezer, microwave ...)

A large landscaped and lit 12 x 6 m field is at your disposal to play boules, badminton, Finnish skittles, mini-tennis ...
We provide you with 8 bikes, two of which can be fitted with seats (supplied) for young children.
The garage for one car is closed by an electric door.

Very comfortable cottage
Very well equipped, clean cottage. We received a warm welcome from the owners and a comprehensive introduction to the property. Due to the unseasonably bad weather whilst we were there, we were unable to make best use of the facilities but there were plenty of them, including a heated pool. The only criticism was that the chairs in the living room were not very comfortable but I imagine guests would normally spend their time outside where there is plenty of garden furniture.

Absolutely fantastic holiday
Had a fantastic holiday at Le Plessis Vannon. Property is quiet, spacious and private with large gardens and pool area (including pool house with its own microwave, cooker hob and fridge, and toilet), which are completely secluded and well stocked with furniture. Pool was a nice temperature throughout. Open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opening up onto a patio with BBQ meant nobody was away from whatever was going on in the evenings. Everything in the property is well finished and tastefully decorated - nice kitchen with large fridge/freezer, clean and modern bathrooms and showers, plenty of hot water! Really couldn't have asked for much more. Before arriving, I was a little apprehensive about potential road noise. Wasn't a problem at all - perhaps 5 cars an hour going past. Bakery is about 1km away and a couple of supermarkets are perhaps 5km away. The bigger towns such as Dijon etc are more of a drive away but not too much of an issue. Owners left us to our own devices but live over the road if there are any issues. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

A perfect getaway
Jean-Pierre and Chantal were the perfect hosts. On arrival at their delightful property they were there to greet us and show us around . During our stay they were always available to answer any questions at short notice. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard in keeping with its character, wooden beams , wood burner and also very tastefully furnished. The property is positioned in generous mature grounds with a south facing garden and a beautiful outside pool with a proper cover allowing you to swim all year round. Such is the spacious outside area that you can work your way around the garden each day, with breakfast on the patio area moving to the swimming pool zone before moving to the playing area be it badminton or boules. Then back to the patio for evening bbq everything is perfect! For provisions there is a local supermarket and Boulangerie some 10 minutes away by car. Should you wish to explore the village and around there are a great selection of bicycles and pleasant walks on foot. The area is very pretty with river Vannon close by. Our holiday was so good we’ve booked again but you need to be quick too secure your dates as this is a very popular property . 10 out of 10!

Fantastic gem in beautiful rural settings
We had 6 fantastic days in Le Plessis-Vannon the last week in April. The weather was perfect and we managed to enjoy all the delights of the beautiful area and especially those of the lovely house. We have been to France every year since 2008 and have stayed in a lot of houses, but Le Plessis-Vannon has been the most immaculate, pleasant and well kept of them all... Every detail was thought of and cared for; a lovely bouquet of roses greeted us in the living room, coffee capsules for the nespresso machine was available, logs of wood for the woodburning stove, a bottle of wine, milk, water and eggs for the first breakfast if we needed it. All the utensils in the kitchen was in great shape and not a thing was missing in order to cook every meal of the day. The beds were vere comfortable and the bathrooms were beautifully decorated and spotless and clean. We spend our days driving around the beautiful landscape in our car visiting the cosy and charming comtoise villages, took strolls around the village of Membrey and the Vannon to enjoy the nightingales singing and riding the bikes that were available at the house to the river Saône. Our afternoons were spent by the covered heated pool and at the petang court...total bliss. We left the Plessis-Vannon feeling absolutely free of stress and totally relaxed. We would highly recommend this fantastic romantic and immaculate gem and hope to visit it again soon in the future ❤ Niels, Peter, Steen & Mette Nørgaard, Denmark

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem schönen,großen Haus und dem sorgfältig angelegten Garten.Der beheizte Pool war ein Traum.Die Besitzer sind sehr nett.Nur das Wetter war leider sehr wechselhaft. Trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wetterpech. Trotzdem schön.
Leider hat das Wetter bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt nicht mitgespielt. Trotzdem haben wir uns wieder rundrum wohlgefühlt. Statt im Pool zu "planschen" haben wir uns in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche kulinarisch verwöhnt.

Séjour agréable
Malgré une météo très mixte et trop froid pour la période, nous avons passé un super séjour au Plessis-Vannon. Randonnées et visites dans les alentours étaient un vrai plaisir, le jardin est super même si nous n'avons pas pu beaucoup en profiter. La maison est un vrai petit bijou dont nous avons beaucoup aimé l'aménagement avec plein des tableaux.

Geschmackvoll gestaltes Haus und Garten
Wir, sechs Erwachsene, haben insgesamt eine wunderbare Woche gehabt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei zwei Doppelbetten gab es eine große, gemeinsame Decke. Besonders genossen haben wir den Garten, der auch leckere Früchte wie Feigen, Himbeeren und und auch Kräuter bot. Überall gab es wunderbare Sitzgelegenheiten und der Wohnwagen, in dem man auch hätte schlafen können war total entzückend. Die Gastgeber waren ganz bezaubern, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar.

Super accommodatie!
Een heerlijk huis en van alle gemakken voorzien! Wel even goed letten op de 2 slaapkamers met de vide in verband met geluid bij slapende kinderen. In de buurt is niet heel veel te doen, maar dat geeft niet als je zo'n huis hebt. Chantal en Jean-Pierre zijn uiterst vriendelijk en snel in de online communicatie.

A la campagne mais près des villes
Une réelle opportunité de se reposer et de profiter de l'espace tant dans la résidence que aux alentours . Un très bel endroit à découvrir et surtout où nous avons fait la connaissance des propriétaires qui sont des personnes vraiment charmantes , agréables et qui ne rechignent pas à vous conseiller sur les possibilités d'évasion dans la région . Wunderbare Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung
Wir, 2 Familien mit 4 Jugendlichen im Alter zwischen 12 und 15 haben das liebevoll, individuell und doch sehr komfortabel und durchdacht eingerichtete Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es fehlte an nichts, die Vermieter sind sehr herzliche und stets hilfsbereite Menschen, der sehr gepflegte Aussenbereich samt Garten und Pool liess nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Top pour un Noël en famille
Nous avons réservé car nous sommes tombés sous le charme de la maison via les infos sur le site de réservation. La maison est grande, belle, bien agencée et très pratique. Tous les éléments mis à disposition sont vraiment appréciés (linge de lit, tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, buanderie, vélos en nombre largement suffisant). On a même eu droit au sapin décoré et à une attention particulière pour les enfants 😊! Chantal et Jean-Pierre nous ont très bien accueillis et sont très disponibles (l’avantage de la proximité). Exzellentes Ferienhaus mit Top-Ausstattung!
Wir haben eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche in Membrey verbracht und die Villa und ihre reichhaltige Ausstattung genossen! Die Kinder liebten den Pool, das Spielfeld und den Eiswürfelbereiter. Die Eltern schätzten den großen ruhigen und gepflegten Garten mit den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Vielen Dank an die sehr netten Vermieter, wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Aucun point négatif a soulever,Tout était excellent.De plus un très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires.Znormément de place pour 8 personnes.Piscine chauffée à 30°.Cuisine entièrement équipée. A conseiller très fortement pour un séjour familial. Nous pensons y retourner l'année prochaine tant ce séjour nous a entièrement plu.

Eine Woche Entspannung pur
Ein wirklich tolles Haus, in dem wir alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben die Herbstwoche Entspannung in der Nähe der Saone mit Radfahren, Boulespielen und Schwimmen im Pool sehr genossen!
