"Great property, lovely and clean and a very helpful and kind host. Thank You Herr Saxer for the extra support. We really enjoyed our stay and our skiing in Klosters. The house is well maintained as you would expect. The bedrooms are on split level 2 in the main apartment and one downstairs. We will be back as it’s great"

"Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Birentobel. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Nadja persönlich zum Haus begleitet. Das Haus war bereits vorgewärmt, sodass wir sehr entspannt ankommen konnten. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein perfekter Ort, um abzuschalten und vom Alltag runter zu kommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Die Kommunikation im Voraus mit den Eigentümern der Hütte war total unkompliziert. Die Anreise im Dunkeln im Nebel & Schnee vom Ort zur Hütte hoch war ein kleines Abenteuer, aber gut machbar. Die Hütte ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. In der Küche sind Spüli, Geschirrhandtücher, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Gewürze etc. vorhanden. Wir hatten aber alles selbst dabei. The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door. "We travelled with 11 people. From grandparents to 5 kids age 11-14 yrs old. Raffael & Mona’s place was great! Our family truly enjoyed our stay. From the woodstove to the great sound system to relax to. Also walk to some local wineries to pick up a few wines. Raffi was a great host and was always available. Such a unique home. "This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...
