"We arrived at the hotel and the hotel was amazing from the outside. The first day, everything was fine. No issues and we was satisfied. However, the rest of the holiday there was no air condition while the tempature was 30degrees. It was roasting throughout the whole holiday in the room. The second day, we was in the lift, it was 02:05 in the morning hours and the lift failed and dropped from the first floor. We was stuck in the lift for about 20 minutes with no help. "Room was nice, but stairs to climb. Steep steps to climb to carpark. Dont book with Hotels.com, when we got there hotellier explained they have stopped using hotels.com and charged us double what we accepted with hotels.com."

"Such a gorgeous hotel with really lovely staff. We had a room with a kitchenette overlooking the pool which id really recommend. The hotel is halfway between Kotor and Tivat, both of which are so different depending on what you like "
