Had to wait for the hot tub for over an hour to get chlorine levels right on a Saturday night and the pancake machine was out of order for breakfast. Not a big deal though, the hotel is nice and clean and friendly staff.

Definitely the only place to stay in Melfort .. quiet modern rooms and great breakfast. Need to upgrade their keyless entry system - on a 2 night stay we had to reprogram our keys 3 times

The sink was dirty in the bathroom and when I went to the front counter to get it rectified, no staff in sight, waited for 10 minutes and had an event to go to. Also the clock radio beside the bed was one hour behind - I missed the continental breakfast because of this and the front counter staff said these clocks were controlled by Canalta. We live in SK where the time does not change. I received an apology for both. I left feeling unsatisfied and undervalued - a small discount, anything, would have been appreciated and appropriate.
