"Generally I'm very happy with this hotel, with helpful and efficient staff. The lotion was empty, and I requested a refill, and by the time I got back to my room after dinner, I noticed that had been done. My only very minor complaint would be that the controls for the shower and room heating were not obvious to me, so some brief instructions or labels might be helpful."

"Lovely Hotel and the staff were wonderful. We were visiting friend's for the weekend and the hotel was very convenient for us to see them. We chose the hotel because of the location near our friends village, its a great hotel but not somewhere I would choose to stay otherwise as the location meant going everywhere in a car and the surrounding roads were very busy and noisey. We were also dissapointed there wasn't a swimming pool as shown on the Internet. That said it was a lovely hotel and if you have reason to visit Northampton a great choice. "
