"Lovely to see a proper village pub so busy on a couple of weekday nights in Mid-January. And quite rightly so - friendly staff, friendly locals and friendly guests. Breakfasts were great, dinners delicious and very reasonably priced (wife said the Rib-eye steak was the best 'pub steak' shed ever had and my chicken goujons were fantastic. "

"This is both an amazing location and an amazing hotel. Rob, the host, was a perfect one. He welcomed us, told us god places to eat etc and explained how the car park worked. The room was amazing.
