From the Airport:
1. Take an Uber or Taxi
2. Take the Red Skybus to Southern Cross station then pick up the Route 12 tram or Route 109 tram on the corner of Spencer St & Collins St towards Wellington St tram stop.
The closest tram stop is Stop 16 (Wellington Street) on Victoria Parade which is serviced by Route 12 and Route 109. After getting off at Stop 16, it is then a short 1 minute walk to the house.
One parking space is included if guests prefer to drive, parking is available on level B2 Parking Slot 104, ensuring a hassle-free experience during their stay.
Please ensure your booking has the correct number of guests listed to avoid a call out fee for extras, as linen and amenities are supplied based on this number. One towel per guest, plus starter pack of toilet paper, bathroom amenities and basic kitchen supplies are included to get you started on your stay! If you are staying for more than a few days please bring your additional requirements.
House Rules:
1. Strictly no unregistered guests allowed. Any unauthorised guests will be charged an additional $100 per person per night.
2. Absolutely no smoking inside the property. Violation of this rule will result in a substantial penalty of $1000 for deep cleaning and 'de-smoking' the home.
3. No house parties allowed. The property is for registered guests only, and excessive noise or disturbance will result in immediate eviction.
