Vintage Florida Cottage on quiet street, close to shopping, restaurants, mall. No Pets. Just a few minutes drive to the beach. Shady and quiet. One bedroom, living rm, and kitchen, Window AC, Hardwood bamboo floors, shower. Tropical & small 1955 cottage is 400 square ft, plus open porch, good for one to two people. Melbourne was ranked No. 19 best place to retire in USA. No pets.

Cottage, front porch of cottage, driveway, yard, fruit trees, BBQ grill in backyard. Must climb 3 stairs for cottage entry.
Other things to note
Owner is highly allergic to pets, so please don't ask to bring one. Shared parking on unpaved driveway. Shade trees and fruit trees.

Melbourne Cottage
Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments.
