Firstly, I would like to commend your staff for their exceptional service throughout my stay, everyone was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. I truly felt valued as a guest. From the moment I stepped into the lobby and was made welcome to the moment I was wished a safe journey on leaving I enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxed stay. My room was large, my bed so comfortable, heaps of hot water in the shower and help with directions on my way to the next stop - all this made for a pleasant stay!
