The Viridian - A Cosy Urban Retreat

Conveniently off 2 major highways, this home can act as a base to explore all that Victoria has offer. With the M1 & M3 at your gate, shopping at one of the the largest centres in the southern hemisphere or sipping on wines in the Yarra Valley is just a stone’s throw away. Despite being in such a bustling location, the home boasts a tranquil and idyllic energy. With a local shopping centre walking distance away, you have everything you need at your doorstep to make a home away from home.

The space
The home itself is cosy yet spacious, equipped with everything you need! With three bedrooms, two living rooms, a beautiful outdoor dining area and more, there's lots of space to decompress, and have some lovely meals and conversations. The living room has a smart TV so you have access to your streaming services at the touch of a button but if you prefer some more classic entertainment, The Viridian has a foosball table that can be converted to an air hockey table or pool table for adults and kids alike. The full kitchen allows you to whip up any meal you want or the close proximity to local eats allows you to easily order in on a lazy night. Conveniences such as ample parking and full laundry facilities also provide all the amenities you may need during your stay.

The close proximity to Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre allows you to have access to a numerous bus routes within walking distance, as well as numerous restaurants and supermarkets. For drivers, the location is off two major highways so you can easily access major attractions such as Chadstone Shopping Centre, also known as the shopping capital, the iconic wineries of the Yarra Valley or the beautiful beaches of the Mornington Peninsula.
