Uniquely located within the grounds of the amazing St Andrews Beach Golf Course (voted 13th best course in AUS). This is the perfect place for golfers or non-golfers to kick back and relax.

With your own private par-4 practice hole in the back garden and a short 60 second stroll to the clubhouse to play for real. With St Andrews Beach Brewery just 800m away for a cold beer and a feed afterwards.

For non-golfers - the hot springs are 5 mins away along with plenty of vineyards/cellar doors nearby.

Our modern double storey two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is located within the grounds of the golf course and equipped to cater to a maximum of 4 adult guests. We can accommodate up to 6 guests but additional costs will apply.

Ideal for golfers, a weekend getaway, couples retreat or a family break, our fully self-contained townhouse is an open plan design with contemporary furnishings.

Features include air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and generous bedrooms with built in robes. A 65" HD TV with Netflix/Amazon/Disney/Optus. Weber BBQ on the deck for those summer grills.

Staying at the Golf House @ SAB gives you exclusive direct access to your own private par 4 practice hole off the back deck - A hidden gem for avid golfers.

Free driveway parking for 1 car and further free parking for more cars in visitor parking less than 10 metres away.

We cater to any configuration, including couples, families, and groups (a strict maximum of six adult guests per booking). A king size bed in bedroom 1 and 2 x king singles in bedroom 2.

Walking distance to the amazing St Andrews Beach Brewery....great food drinks/live music on the weekends.
Peninsula Hot Springs and the brand-new Alba hot springs are just a 5 minutes' drive away.
For the golf lover - Moonah Links/The Dunes/Eagle Ridge/Rosebud Country Club/RACV Cape Schank/The National & Flinders Golf clubs are all under 10 mins drive away. Portsea & Sorrento Golf Clubs - about 20 mins away.
Also, within close proximity to walking tracks, ocean & bay beaches, local wineries, amazing restaurants and the coastal villages of Sorrento, Portsea, Blairgowrie, Rye & Rosebud.
