Located on the fringe of the city centre, this apartment is walking distance to all that Melbourne has to offer. It has the Royal Botanical Gardens on its doorstep and is surrounded by fantastic cafes, restaurants and famous South Melbourne Market. Showcasing bright and modern interiors, the apartment enjoys open plan living, two comfortable bedrooms, internal laundry and a balcony framing skyline views. Guests have access to unbeatable facilities including a pool, gym and tennis court.
This modern and spacious apartment creates an urban retreat in the heart of Melbourne. It is footsteps from the city's major attractions and surrounded by excelling dining and entertainment.

Inside, the apartment is designed around open plan living with grand, oversized windows and a balcony allowing for abundant natural light to flow through.

Relax on plush sofas while enjoying a spot of TV. There is a large dining table where you can enjoy a meal at home, or use as a dedicated workspace for those travelling for business. There is air-conditioning and heating in the living room, which warms and cools the whole apartment.

Whip up a delicious meal in the high-end centrepiece kitchen. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including an oven and stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The apartment has two well-sized bedrooms. Each is fitted with a premium queen bed and topped with hotel quality linens for a good night's sleep. There are built-in robes for storing your belongings.

The stylish bathroom is beautifully presented with a large shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Complimentary boutique amenities are provided for your stay. There are internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer visits.

Guests have access to the building's resort-style facilities, including an indoor lap pool, fully-equipped gym and tennis court.

The apartment does come with one private, secure off street car space. There is also paid restricted parking on the street.

*Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

We are no longer able to provide lockbox access due to new council rules. Our greeting service will get in-touch after you book to arrange key handover. *Please note there is an additional fee of $30 after 9pm and $50 after 12am for key handovers* and If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap. We will need to charge $20 per hour for late arrival to meet our greet person.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $30 for check-ins after 8 pm, and $60 after midnight. Thank you for understanding.
