*Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
We are no longer able to provide lockbox access due to new council rules. Our greeting service will get in-touch after you book to arrange key handover. *Please note there is an additional fee of $30 after 9pm and $50 after 12am for key handovers* and If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap. We will need to charge $20 per hour for late arrival to meet our greet person.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $30 for check-ins after 8 pm, and $60 after midnight. Thank you for understanding.
