The lay out:

Ground floor we have the garage, and entry from the front of the property Bedroom one with Queen bed and stunning bathroom.

Upstairs to the second level and the stunning living area with a kitchen that dreams are made of! Seriously, it's stunning! Fully equipped of course and with all the mod cons you could ever want, including integrated fridge, two ovens, wine fridge, dish washer, butler's pantry. Nespresso coffee machine.

The lift to the roof top entertainment area with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining and lounge area is located on the second level.
The views from the roof top are breath taking day and night.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer plus drying cupboard and powder room.

Upstairs to the third level and we have:

Bedroom two: master bedroom with king bed and ensuite
Bedroom three: Two single beds with ensuite.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.

Beautiful property
Beautiful property, so close to train and tram station. The lift made luggage/grocery movement very easy. Three bathrooms was so convenient for the whole family to get ready to go out.
