The views are breath taking and the house takes full advantage of them. Look out over Port Phillip Bay or gaze serenely back at the natural forest of Arthurs Seat.

The Space:
The kitchen and living areas;

Entertaining family will be a breeze in the generous natural light-filled kitchen. Wide stone benches, a breakfast bar, quality appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and the views! The kitchen is central to the dining and living room with its cozy gas log fire and offers direct access to the balcony. A second spacious living room is located upstairs. This sprawling home features ducted heating throughout, split system AC in each living room, WIFI and Netflix, widescreen TVs in each living room, and balcony furniture to relax and enjoy a Port Phillip sunset.

The bedrooms and bathrooms; Five gorgeous bedrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests. The huge master bedroom with luxury ensuite is located on the top floor and offers bay views, a king-size bed, and a TV. The huge ensuite has a spa bath, separate shower and toilet, and double vanity. A second bedroom on the top floor sleeps 2 guests in single bunk beds. There are another 3 bedrooms located downstairs, 2 with double beds while the fifth bedroom sleeps 3 guests in tri bunks. The second bathroom is easily accessed from the bedrooms on the ground floor and there is a powder room (third toilet) adjacent to the laundry.

Outdoors; Inside living seamlessly meets outdoor undercover balcony living as it wraps around the living rooms. BBQ on the balcony after a day at the beach, as you watch the ever-changing night light show across the water.

Strictly no parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

Other Things to Note:
Air conditioning: we have a split type AC in each of the 2 living rooms and 1 split type AC in the master bedroom only.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
