Perfectly suited for family or group stays, this apartment offers two double bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds. It also features a fully equipped laundry with washing, drying, and ironing facilities. With split system air conditioning in most rooms, you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay no matter the season.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, as well as the building's pool and gym facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Everything you need is right at your doorstep. Crown Casino, the Melbourne Convention Centre, South Melbourne Market, South Wharf Shopping Centre, and local shops are just moments away. The Melbourne CBD, with its vibrant attractions, is only a short walk across the Yarra River. Enjoy world-class shopping, cafes, and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to the Melbourne Aquarium and Melbourne Skydeck.

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze with the iconic Melbourne trams stopping just across the road. Once you cross the Yarra River into the CBD, you'll enter the Free Tram Zone, offering unlimited travel around the city at no cost. The tram network provides easy access to much of inner Melbourne and connects seamlessly to the rail system at nearby Southern Cross and Flinders Street Stations, making it simple to travel further. For those driving, major freeways are easily accessible, offering convenient routes for exploring beyond the city. Taxis, rideshare services, and e-scooters are also readily available in the area for added convenience.

- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be returned to the lockbox on check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.
