The perfect family holiday retreat, (6 bedrooms) only 1 street behind Point Nepean Rd & only 6 houses short walking distance between you and the glorious sand at Rye front beach. Leave the car at home & stroll to local attractions Rye Pier, Carnival, Pub & local shops. This fully appointed 6 bedroom home (5 Queen & 4 single beds PLUS a new double sized sofabed in downstairs lounge) easily sleeps 16 & should surpass all your expectations - perfect even for 2, 3 or 4 families to enjoy. Outside boasts ample room for the kids to play in the sand pit or even run around the large flat front and side grassed yards. Rest assured knowing kids are protected behind high lockable gate.
The beautifully newly renovated kitchen, will impress. Gorgeous Stone bench tops, glass splash back & stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is very well appointed & for the coffee lovers there is a coffee machine, grinder & milk frother supplied.
We recently in stalled in Dec 2018, basic FOXTEL TV channels & Unlimited NBN Broadband Internet connection too.
The garage has been converted into a games room, with a billiard table, table tennis table, dart board & comfy couches. There is also a basket ball hoop & lots of other sporting equipment supplied.
Take you pick of dining options. In the lovely bright meals room, under cover outside, or in the sunshine on the upstairs deck.
If you plan on bring a dog or cat (we can accommodate them as long as long as they stay outside in the yard) and please ensure all droppings are collected before you leave our property. We strickly request no pets to be allowed inside the house at any stage.
Enjoy the sun & sea air from the numerous decks complete with tables, chairs, sun lounges and couches.
Close (approx 7 minutes drive) to "The Dunes" golf course and "Eagle Ridge", as well as "Peninsula Hot Springs". Wineries are also within reach.
The house has recently been renovated with new floorboards downstairs, freshly painted inside/outside too, with new luxurious kitchen and some new furnishings to boot. Included are 2 lounge rooms with 2 big screen TV's (seperate kids area complete with DVD & XBox 360 game console to keep them entertained for hours located upstairs), a further 2 more large TV's in 2 of the 6 bedrooms, BBQ facilities, table tennis table, basket ball ring & badminton net out front, ample car space (including large high roofed lockable garage perfect to store boat/jet ski), fully equipped kitchen, 3 toilets, x1 Bathtub, x1 Laundry and 3 showers! What are you waiting for???
At the end of the street you will find a footy oval, tennis courts & gym as well as a park with swings for the kids & skate board facilities too.

All Bed Linen & Towels can be provided by the owner, at an additional surcharge of $595 per stay.
And you can feel free to utilise the fully equipped laundry including washer, dryer and laundry detergents.
I suggest all guests make a note of whether the Guests will bring their own OR require me/the host to supply all the bed linen/bath & beach towels. But please allow for an additional surcharge of $595 for linen/towels, if you prefer the owner to provide temporary use and then dry clean them all afterwards too. Otherwise, we would prefer that guests all bring their own linen/towels. Ie/ (x5 queen size fitted/flat sheets, x1 double bed, x4 single bed & all pillow cases too. Plus 16 white bath towels & x16 beach towels for your temporary use).
I just prefer to know upfront which is preferable by the guest (ie guest or host to supply all linen/towels). As each guest is different and there may be additional costs and time needed for cleaning & linen/towel setup too. Hence, please advise upfront which you prefer?
