PARKING - dual access from 2 street frontages and parking for up to 11 cars - note locked garage is NOT for guest access

just a leisurely 20 minute stroll (approx) to the Pub, pier, club, shops and Bay to town is easy!

For those who love the great outdoors and smell of fresh sea air, over two thirds of an acre of vibrant grounds provide a sense of calm and sanctuary. Perfect privacy, and securely fenced for children and dogs to enjoy - the yard is fully fenced.

TRULY PET FRIENDLY
We are TRULY pet friendly - No holiday is a true holiday without the furry family members being invited along! Your fur babies are more than welcome indoors and out (and we have 2 lovely medium doggy doors so they have the freedom to be in and out) ……with plenty of sniffling, snuffling, digging and running space in our fully fenced yard, we are sure they will be very well behaved and enjoy curling up inside at the end of the day. You would know the drill… up all poop before you leave – treat our house like your house, and enjoy!

COVID-19 LOCKDOWN POLICY - whilst we have a “no refund” policy, rest assured if there is another “do not travel lockdown” during any of your booked dates you would be able to reschedule your dates for another time with NO penalty for a same value stay (or just pay extra if its more than your original booking)

Let us know your full name, your age, number of guests, age range of guests, and the nature of your booking - we are NOT a party house and Mornington Peninsula council restrictions must be followed.

SCHOOLIES GROUPS (ie: Groups under 21yo)
all young adults are welcomed with additional terms for payment, parental guarantee/contact & additional bonds. We know you will be respectful to our house and neighbours at all times, and we offer a safe, friendly environment for all registered guests to chill out together after your exams (or other times in the year)
Our pricing and availability are always up to date so once you enter your dates and guest numbers, you will know the quote for your stay......
If this is within budget, please send Enquiry then we can send a payment link to book with BOND ADJUSTED TO approx $200pp - if this adj is made before the booking confirmed, there is no upfront bond payment, it is secured by your credit card and only accessed if there is a problem during your stay .....
If the booking made with standard bond, then a CASH BOND will need time be transferred by EFT upon booking.... non negotiable - & refunded after your stay
