This beautiful coastal home is perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Set in an ideal location, just a short walk to the front beach, supermarket and numerous eateries. Less than 2km to the Peninsula Hot Springs, Dunes Golf Course and the Cups winery.

The outdoor area has a large deck, naturally shaded by two beautiful trees and a fire pit to roast marshmallows, all set amongst a manicured garden - a perfect place to enjoy the morning sunshine or the night stars. Out front you can relax in the garden on an Adirondack chair reading a book or sipping your favourite beverage.

This home features two large sliding doors where the inside becomes the outside. It has been designed for entertaining, while also providing cozy spaces for those quiet nights.
Inside you will find both an open fire place and a gas log fire place to relax around on those cooler nights. A modern kitchen with a concrete bench that seats 6 and a bench table that seats an additional 6. The elevated living area has two large comfy sofas facing the gas log fire.

The newly built master bedroom has a large window with louvre windows, overlooking the garden and leafy surrounds. The large spa bath is perfect to relax sore muscles after a long day on the beach or discovering the numerous world class wineries and golf courses in the area. It has a large shower and walk-in robe. A ceiling fan on the vaulted ceiling and heater will keep you comfortable no matter what season you visit.

Bedroom two has a queen bed and two chairs that fold into single beds or make another double. It also has a ceiling fan, wardrobe and Smart tv with Netflix, Stan etc.

The studio has a bunk bed, double over single, and can also sleep up to 4 guests. This is complete with a ceiling fan and Smart tv.

Bedding is provided for the main beds in each bedroom. If you are planning to use the single mattresses or fold out beds, please bring extra bedding. Towels are not provided.

Additional features of the home include a gas BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine, hammock, wine and cocktail glasses, cutlery, kitchenware and a peaceful location.

The house is fine and comfortable. We did not receive the photos referred to as to how to enter the property. Managed by the descriptions but it took a while. Main TV not working. No wifi password provided. Tried both contact numbers that went unanswered and left a message that was never responded to. Wouldn’t stay here again

Great property
Perfect place for a lovely getaway with friends to walk Coastrek and enjoy the area. House was so comfortable with everything we needed and host was communicative with clear instructions for access etc. Excellent kitchen and facilities. Really enjoyed our stay!

The house layout was great for family with kids. Styles of interior design. comfortable and cozy for family gatherings. We would love to go back again to stay for a bit longer. Will recommend. Good walking exercises from the house to beach and shops.

When we arrived it was a great spot etc. there were bread crumbs all over the bench. Obviously just missed during the clean. There is no towels at this accommodation. The listing says all linens but there is no towels we had to go into town and buy some.

Lovely stay, beautiful house
Beautiful, comfortable home that was very well provisioned. Plenty of room for the whole family and we loved the cozy fireplace! Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the outdoor firepit due to the weather but would definitely stay again.

Fantastic house. Gas and open fireplaces, really spacious bedrooms (we were so happy no one had to sleep in bunk beds!) Great communal and outdoor spaces & modern kitchen/bathrooms. Added bonus of the spa bath. Pleasant walk into town & beach & very close to the hot springs complex. The fact we were able to bring our geriatric dog with us meant we could have a lovely break. Thankyou. We would love to return next year!

Hi, The place was on the whole well maintained. We did have a few issues. 1. The wire railing next to the kitchen has sharp ends and I cut my finger quite deeply - these need to be fixed as they are dangerous. 2.I am not sure what kind of cleaning was done, as we found dead flies on the windows and on the floor of the kitchen and the lounge room. 3.Remember to bring towels - not sure why a property of this calaber has no towels, even hand towels in the bathrooms. - its kind of counter intuitive to a lovely hastle free weekend/stay if you have to bring them - and I did forget so a trip to the supermarket was the order of the day. Apart from these things I will go back given the chance.

Very disappointed for what amount I paid.
Ok, to start with trying to open the gate to get into the house was a mission! You have to figure out their where the magic button to open the gate from a photo they send you which is completely unclear and took us forever in the freezing cold! When we finally get in only to find out the heater is broken and wasn’t working. We had only a split system heater for the whole house, and a oil heater with a faulty knob. There was a wood fire heater with only one basket of wood which burnt out in the first few hours. There were no more fire starters to be able to start another fire and even if there was there was no wood chopped to burn. We had to then spend the rest of the night freezing cold with my 9 month old baby, until the next morning where the heater guy came to fix it. The kitchen sink tap was ridiculous, if you wanted to have a shower all you had to do was wash some dishes and you will be soaked! The pressure was so high on the water every time you turn it one it would spit right onto ten sink and the water would all bounce back at you and all ones the sink. The outdoor seating area right outside the kitchen was dirty and full of leaves. The cupboard under the tv with the games full of dirt and spider webs, was too scared to grab anything from there. The only thing we enjoyed there was the spa.

We really loved our stay at the house with the fire pit, outdoor tables, and just overall lovely aesthetic and amenities. Unfortunately though it is really only suitable for 8 adults. There was 4 doubles and 2 single mattresses, and the 'fold out' sofas didn't fold to be flat, they dipped at one end so couldn't use them. We had to use the couch cushions on the floor of the living room however the weren't any curtains in there so was very bright early in the morning. Apart from the sleeping situation we had a great stay and would definitely recommend if your group is 8 adults or less.

We had a lovely stay with our family. All facilities that you require to enjoy your stay were fully provided. The house was full of our 3 kids and their partners and yet the house never seemed over crowded as there are many zones that you can enjoy through the weekend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Was clean , comfortable and well set out. Close to all the golf courses , wineries and hot Springs. Just remember to bring towels. As we forgot and had to go buy some. Lol. Highly recommended

The property was very nice to stay at - the master bedroom for sure! We came down for the week and weren’t disappointed. The place was just as pictured. This place would be ideal in summer to enjoy the outdoor areas. Will definitely stay here again!
