Your fully equipped one room apartment tucked away privately in a massive home (12,000 square feet) comes with private bathroom, and a small private kitchenette is entirely set up for you. The large window in the room opens out in the garden yet curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. There is a large work area set up should you want to work a bit!

As you settle yourself in your cosy room, you would also want to soak in the vibes of the house! Make a request to see the Catherdral style heritage ceilings. The massive home sits on a land size of in a 12,000 square feet.

You will find a large sitting area (shared) as you enter the home. The laundry opens the doorway to the massive pool, garden swing, beautifully maintained lawn, fruits, vegetable plants, firepit. Enjoy reading a book on the swing and by the side of the Life-sized statue of a woman or just cosy yourself in the beautiful sun sitting outside!

Shopping mall (Woodgrove) is 20 minutes walk, or 3 minutes by car, gym is only 15 minutes walk, train station 8 minutes drive, bus stop 3 minutes walk, CBD 30 minutes by train (38 kms)

Liked this property, friendly, however a couple of things to note. Its an apartment inside a house not separate. Trouble getting in and out of the door and a couple of safety concerns. No fire alarm and a couple of power points not up to code. But we enjoyed
