Located across from Blairgowrie Marina and foreshore, and walking distance to the Village, this luxury retreat is one of the area’s finest. Freshly furnished and styled throughout (Dec ‘22), features include a solar-heated pool, expansive north facing indoor and outdoor living spaces, a family retreat, games area, plus gourmet kitchen facilities including a butler’s pantry and wet bar with servery. With plenty of room to relax and play, it is best suited to family or mature group getaways.

• Schoolies and groups under the age of 30 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• This property welcomes the family dog on application, with pets subject to conditions if approved.

Lovely home, all necessary amenities are provided. Very comfy beds. Only downfall - no door to the very large master bedroom upstairs so even minor noise from downstairs is an issue if you retire earlier to that room. Other than, the home is great.

Family Reunion Short Stay
Myself and my husband, plus my two sons (mid aged) plus partners stayed. We wanted a lifestyle place where one could dip in the pool and have plenty of room for entertaining, etc. We also wanted something close to cafes and restaurants. This property is absolutely ideal. Very spacious, modern, clean and with items like a table tennis table that was enjoyed. A good quality BBQ available for use as well. Excellent and to be recommended.
