We are thrilled to welcome you to our home and can't wait for you to experience the comfort and convenience that it offers.
Before your arrival, we would like to share some important guidelines that we ask all our guests to follow during their stay:
1. Quiet hours: We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8AM. We understand that you may be here to have a good time, but we also want to respect our neighbors. If, however, we receive any complaints from our neighbors about excessive noise, we may have to ask you to vacate the house without a refund.
2. No Party/Event: To provide all guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the property is not suitable for parties, events, or any form of gathering that may cause disturbance to the neighborhood or damage to the property. Quiet hours are in effect after 10 PM, and we kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum. By following this policy, you are helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone. If there is a violation of this policy, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation and all fees paid will not be refunded.
3. Cleanliness: We appreciate your help in keeping the house tidy and clean. After using the kitchen and bathroom, please take a moment to clean up after yourself.
4. No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside.
5. Check-in: Our standard check-in time is after 3 PM. If you need to make arrangements for an earlier check-in, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
6. Check-out Time: To ensure a smooth turnover of the property for incoming guests, check-out time is strictly before 10 AM. Late check-outs are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
7. Registered guests only: Only the guests who were registered at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the house.
8. Damages: Accidents can happen, but please let us know if you cause any damages or losses during your stay. We will communicate the cost for repair or replacement and deduct it from the security deposit if necessary. Our goal is not to claim extra money from you at all, but rather to make sure our home stays in great condition for future guests. By taking care of the property, both parties will be happy.
9. Insurance: Your safety and health is important to us. We recommend that you have your own insurance coverage for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your stay.
10. Lost or stolen items: The host is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the guest's stay.
11. Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property.
12. Rubbish Sorting: Please help us keep our community clean by sorting out the rubbish before throwing it away. There are 2 bins in the house area for you to use, Yellow Lid bin is for general garbage, Blue lid bin is for recycling rubbish (when throwing recycle rubbish, please don’t wrap them in plastic bags).
13. No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the house. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
14. LOSS/REMOVAL OF ACCESS CONTROL
Please take extra care of your keys! Lost keys, fobs, and/or remotes are subject to a $200 replacement charge. This includes purposefully failing to return these items which is classified as theft.
15. LOCKOUTS
If you are locked out for any reason and require someone to attend, costs will be passed directly to the booking guest. We will charge $150 to attend to open the door for you. A 30% surcharge applies for weekend and Public Holiday callouts.
