The staff are amazing, my meal was great and my room very clean. However, the noise from patrons in the outside smoking area, woke me at 1.30am and again at 4.30am and 6am 2 guys having a loud discussion. Was amazed at how many people were there at 7am, when I came in for a coffee.

Very convenient for the Monash hospital. Having a great dining room and amazing food was a fantastic bonus. The only downside was trying to locate the box to return the door key card, it's not visible enough being on the wall where it is, everyone's back is to it. It needs to be by the front door of reception.

We stayed at this motel as we were attending a function at the hotel. The room was lovely - plenty of space, and of course, so convenient! Pretty noisy as it is situated on Dandenong Rd but the rooms are way back off the road, so not too much of an issue. Everything that you would expect.

Rooms were very clean. Bathrooms very dark and no hairdryers in the room. They are available from reception, but reception was closed when i needed it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
