We have waited over one hour to be checked in, their internet wasn't working. They should have another way to admit customers, we were extremely tired from the trip and it has added more stress to our journey. We got two tickets for free drinks, but they wouldn't cover much anyway. Overall I wouldn't come back.

For the price I was expecting a little more, obviously not 5 stars but it was almost as booked a hostel for a hotel price. Liner was yellow, curtains were really dirty and the room smells like humidity. There’s nothing close around the area but for emergencies I think is okay and decent to stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised, as this was a last minute, last resort, but the rooms are great! Everything looks freshly renovated, nice and clean, easy to get into the city.

The rooms have upgraded bathrooms. Wonderful! Staff extremely pleasant. Nice one. The menu ordering app. Failed to tell us anything outside kitchen hours so appeared to be faulty.

We did not and would not stay in such an inconvenient place. My mistake for being tricked by wotif. once bitten twice shy never again wotif a $390.00 an expensive lesson. Buyer beware

I had to wait 1.5 hours because they didn’t recieve token from wotif. Wanted to charge me twice. Checked in late at night. Hotel room had been smoked in was dirty couldn’t close window or open window as it was broken. Noisy pub down stairs.

Do not eat food here terrible chef can’t even cook hot chips. Gave benefit of the doubt 3 times and all 3 meals were horrible. No real wifi and thin windows with loud people in area arguing late at night

The room itself is ok, nothing fancy, it was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was ok, a bit small but its clean and looks like its been renovated. When i stayed it was hot so I had the air con going. The screen on the remote to the air con unit was broken so hard to adjust. The air con unit dripped water on me all night until I eventually turned it off, unfortunately. I would stay here again, it was nice enough besides water dripping on me while in bed.

No lift only stairs. Rooms are close together and walls are paper thin. Room is small, nothing fancy. Bed is on wheels, and uncomfortable. Pillows too thick. Room was 23 all night which normally I wouldn’t complain but it was hot being such a small space.

The place was clean and fresh. Not enough staff so long checkin waits .. restaurant downstairs having to order and pay on line .. annoying .. but then to be charged a fee to do it . Stinks . It’s a charge you made us incur because uou didn’t want to put on waiter staff . .. I do not believe it’s a fair charge and I won’t eat in uour restaurant again even if I was not staying

This hotel now takes the cake for the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Forget that it is located in a pokie venue hotel. My fault as I should have done my homework. Location was good for where I needed to be but having said that the location is awful. It’s a crap hotel that has crap hotel accommodation. No wifi was hard to take, but having no internet reception was appalling. If there is no phone reception, PROVIDE WIFI!!! The room came with a breakfast pack containing a small packet of nutri grain, milk and a box juice. If you are going to provide this, then please provide a bowl to eat it with. Also there was no hairdryer as promised and when I enquired about one in the morning I was told that I needed to come down to the main hotel (drinking/pokie) area and get it! The room is small and unclean. It is unsafe and awful. Most rooms have shared facilities however thankfully mine did not. I stepped over a syringe in the hallway on my way back to my room. Charming!!! I was scared the entire night and did not sleep. The noise level and the calibre of guests staying here was unacceptable. The hotel itself is open until 7am. Never stay here! Ps. Check in was terrible and unprofessional. I should have left then and there. If I could give it no stars I would.
