POOL
The pool is heated to 29 degrees. Heating can be facilitated up to 37 degrees. An extra $500 applies per booking.
PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. small, non shedding, hypoallergenic preferred. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Perimeter is not fully fenced. You take full responsibility for your pet whilst in residence.
LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package is provided for all bookings, including pool towels for as many guests.
BYO beach towels. Bathroom linen is prohibited to be used to remove make up and fake tan. Extraordinary cleaning charges will apply.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events or parties. Only mature guests over 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
