Sunset Moonah Links Views & Spa is private accommodation, and forms 1 of 2 units with its own separate entry on the ground floor, and the spa is completely yours to use during your stay.
There is strictly no access to the upper-level unit.
The property has a wonderful kitchenette complete with coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and two element electric cooker.
Car parking is off street in the car parking bays opposite the property.
Please also note - There is a security camera at the entrance of the property - looking out from the garage to the driveway and road access.
There is another camera looking out over the golf course from the 2nd floor.
There are no other security devices on the property or in the area - specifically the spa area
