Nestled in a quiet position with excellent access to main roads and the Eastlink Freeway, this property is perfectly situated for easy travel, as well as being a walking distance away from the Keysborough South Shopping Centre. Take advantage of the nearby amenities, including cafes, shops, and parks, all within walking distance.
* We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
* The actual number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking.
* Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!
* Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. Any violations of this policy will result in a penalty fee of $400 being applied.
* Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive.
* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* On every Thursday night, please pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage or on the street for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
