Great property, well located and well priced. At the time of check in some other guests had issues due to rooms not being ready, but I wasn't affected. If the property knows it's going to be full, it should have more staff on hand to prepare rooms.

Our concern with cleanliness was dust on some of the furniture sufficient to write a message in. Reception was friendly and helpful but was only staffed from 8am - 8pm.

Unfortunately a window in the lounge area would not shut properly bringing in that icy cold weather. and to counteract this we tried to use the heater but that made a constant buzzing sound, therefore my sone and I were cold during the night. The front of house service was great.
