Guest Access:
If you would like to gain access to the pool and gym during your stay, feel free to go to the building office and present your vaccine certificates. They will be able to activate your swipe from there to give you access. If you are booked on the weekend, please send us your vaccine certificates so we can forward to building management and gain that access for you.
Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: We have a split type AC in the living room and master bedroom only. Split type AC in living room is strong enough to reach the other 2 bedrooms with doors open.
Balcony access door from main living area is currently not functional and cannot be opened due to a building structure fault and we await building management to arrange a fix. Not to worry as you can still access the balcony from another door from the bedroom. **
Clean after use with the BBQ. or there will be $50 extra clean fee charged to your booking.
BBQ gas bottles are to be monitored by guests and swapped from servos if runs low.
Please remember to put covers on both BBQ and outdoor 4 pieces, to secure them in the event of strong wind.
