The apartment was clean ,comfortable , bright , loved all the windows , the balcony , to see the view , out to west Melbourne, new motorway… It was 10 mins to walk to the train stations , handy from there to get around.

The property had the most amazing views of the city, clean,great climate control. Balcony to enjoy views. For West Melbourne it was close to alot of dining options, I would highly recommend Vic Market walking distance.

Stayed here over a long weekend. The property has east and west towers. Guests staying in the west tower may find it inconvenient to get to the swimming pool as it's located in the east tower. There's a Cambodian restaurant onsite which is rated 4.7 out of 5 in Google. Unfortunately, it wasn't open during our stay. Good for people who want a long stay. But the corridor outside of the property smells so bad. Because it shares with the building residence, Lumina should ask the property management to steam clean the carpet in the corridors, or to spray freshener to mask the smell.

Best accomodation I have stayed in Australia. The space is very cozy with 2 floors, and great interior decor. Very helpful and receptive front desk who helped us get more kitchenware as they were not available initially. A bit of walking needed to the nearest tram/train station.

My little family of 3 loved our stay. Next time we hope to stay longer. Well equipped kitchen, great to have a laundry, modern, with great views and quiet! The pool looked amazing but we didn’t have enough time to use it. We paid to park. Street parking seemed too tricky in the area. Great location!

Pros: Easy to find and checkin, clean, great staff and communication, rather nice view, good location, close to shops and nightlife. cons: no heater or ac opening in the second bedroom which would get cold at night so you had to leave the door open. Small overall hard to walk around the living room with overcrowded furniture.

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed for a city stay. Comfortable beds, good shower pressure. Well appointed kitchen. Laundry easy to use and i used it everyday as have kids. Likes that there was a decent lounge, lots of natural light and the balcony for fresh air. Used the gym daily. Pool is great but it was a bit cold temperature wise. Location was excellent, easy walk to southern cross station and la trobe street trams. Kids loved it and so did we. Parking was on site at 40 per night but ohine to book this as wotif does not incl or give that option. Highly recommended.
