When it is time to cool off during the Melbourne summer, you can take a dip in the crystal-blue swimming pool, lounge around on the poolside deck and simply enjoy your time on site with no need to go anywhere else. The nearby train and tram will take you straight into the city in minutes, it's an easy walk to the MCG, and you will love spending time exploring the boutique shopping on Chapel Street or Bridge Road.

It really is safe to say you can park your car in the secure undercover parking space on arrival and forget about driving until the end of your stay!

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
