False Advertising. Wotif should look at this company for their eligibility to use the booking site because they mislead you by promoting the Gym and Pool, neither of which are accessible for this booking.
Wotif's contact number to use for check is OUT OF SERVICE 24/7. They rarely answer you messages through Wotif. I had to call the USA Wotif help desk to get their email so I could get some sort of reply on check in. All the nightmares reported previously about check-in are true. I had tried to organise early check in and they relied to me after 2 weeks saying they would be in contact - never happened, Then "Chris" the unknown contact person had the audacity to say it was my fault for not contacting them. The reason was we had to get to the Tennis Open by 11 am, well that didn't happen. I finally had to leave my wife to wait for check with luggage and go to tennis with my daughter. She waited another 2 hours in the foyer. Finally after getting message to pick up the key my wife was greeted with a filthy apartment and a clothes dryer running with burning linen in it. She had to clean the apartment herself and save the linen. TV had no aerial but it did have Netflix. My wife has left a review also about other things. This apartment is a part of some huge Investment group like many in this building that rent via online sites with no service or representation at the hotel. There is another Lighthouse (Imagine Group) They are a real hotel & provide a reception - Use this company.
