Modern two-bedroom, two-level apartment opposite bay beach and ferry terminal in the heart of Sorrento, walking distance to Sorrento shopping strip. The ground floor offers open plan living with leather lounges, large television/dvd/cd, polished floorboards and split system for cooling and heating, with a sliding door opening to the small front courtyard, dining table to seat 6and modern kitchen with gas cooking and microwave. European laundry with washer and dryer. Wifi is also provided.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs:
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed - sliding door opens onto a small balcony with table and 2 chairs
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Sets of Bunks (all single beds - sleeps 4)
Central bathroom with bath/shower/toilet.
Both bedrooms have split systems for cooling and heating.
Access to communal indoor pool and spa* (managed by the Body Corporate at the Koonya complex) .
Park your car and walk to everything - beaches, shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Security carpark under the apartment block with allocated parking for one car (additional parking may be found in the underground carpark, however cannot be guaranteed). Parking for additional cars can also be found in the lane at the back to the Koonya Apartments (this is between the podium and the apartments fronting the beach) .
Rates are inclusive of all linen, towels, and beds will be made up for your arrival.

The pool open hours as follows:
Non Holiday Periods
9am – 9pm Sat & Sun
School Holidays, including summer holidays, public holidays, and long weekends
9am – 9pm 7 days.
Also Note: The pool is heated up to 23 degrees only. As the pool is part of the complex and managed by the body corporate, if there are any issues with it throughout your stay, unfortunately compensation cannot be provided to guests.
