Good location, two minutes walk to city trams, Queen Victoria Market is behind the hotel, McDonald's is next door, Aldi's grocery store is four minute walk. Melbourne Central Station is 10 minute walk. My room had mini fridge and hot water kettle, AC worked good. Coffee, creamer, sugar was restocked daily, along with towels.

This was a great central place to stay within walking/tram distance to shops and attractions. It was clean and a great place to stay for the basics.
