Close to a host of beaches, shops, restaurants, 3km to Peninsula Hot Springs, 3.5 km to Cups Estate Winery, short drive to the world famous Moonah Links golf course.
At the entrance to the property the long sweeping driveway takes you past the tree lined Tennis Court complete with custom lighting. * PLEASE NOTE: Shire Council has a 10:30pm curfew on Tennis Court lighting.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not fenced however pool safety compliance has been completed. Doors are all either self-closing or have high locks. The rear yard (separate to the pool area) is fully fenced for safe child play.
THE PAVILION: Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, DW, 900mm gas stove with oven, large fridge, dining setting for 12, table tennis, weather proof couch large enough to seat everyone. A/C, built in gas log fire TV, shower room, separate powder room, wicker setting and stunning bespoke feature lighting.
The pavilion is located within the open area of the pool safety fencing, therefore no overnight sleeping/bedding is permitted in the pavilion.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES:
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please note that a $2000 security deposit applies to all bookings. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements. The $2000 security deposit must be processed at least 7 days before the check-in date. If the damage/repairs is greater than the $2000 deposit, a claim will be made for the additional amount.
NO PARTY POLICY
We have a strict no party policy (Schoolies, Hens, Bucks, Events). We do not accept bookings for groups under 28 years old unless part of a family booking. We have the right to ask for the age of each of the guest that will stay at the property. Noise must be kept to a minimum.
RUBBISH BINS
Put out the bins on MONDAY EVENING prior to the bin collection day during your stay. Additional charges of $50 + GST will apply if failure to do so.
BBQ
The BBQ must be cleaned and left as it was on arrival. Additional cleaning charges of $60 + GST will apply if not cleaned.
PETS
Pets are subject to approval. Please advise what breed your pet is.
CCTV
There is no CCTV inside the house. All exterior security cameras will be switched OFF from the camera mains power during any guest stay. The location of the main power will be provided.
