A 5 min walk to Bus Stop 787 at the end of Foam on Melbourne Road provides public transport into Sorrento or in the other direction to Rosebud.

A full bed & bathroom linen package is included with bookings of 4 nights or more. BYO Pool & Beach Towels.
3 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows.
You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, pool towels, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.
PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. Small, non shedding, hypoallergenic preferred. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests must ensure they read & follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable & may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council.
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans.
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving.
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community & are entitled to peace & amenity in their residential area. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.
