The shared bathroom includes a refreshing shower, toilet, hand sink, mirror and a hair dryer for your convenience. The shared mini kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, small sink, and electric kettle. Max 2 guests.

Enjoy pink sunsets from your private balcony table and chairs or from the cozy indoor chairs. You’re close to downtown, FIT, and Melbourne International Airport (MLB). Enjoy tennis, pickleball and a community pool at Fee St. Park at the end of the street. One block to groceries, gym and laundromat.
