Guest Access:
Guests have access to all parts of the home and yard. The circular drive offers space for up to 3 vehicles. Feel free to bring your boat or small RV, but please let us know in advance.

The Neighborhood:
The Ballard Park neighborhood offers a unique setting with direct access to scenic, waterfront Ballard Park, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Ballard Park is a boaters fave and the boat launch within minutes and plenty of room in the driveway to park your boat/trailer. t’s a fantastic neighborhood for walking or biking. Ballard Park features walking trails, a basketball court, two tennis courts, and a practice wall. You'll also find numerous picnic areas and parking spots, along with stunning views of the Indian River and the Eau Gallie Bridge.

Located at the base of the Eau Gallie Causeway (518), you're just minutes away from Indian Harbour and Satellite Beaches, and a 10-minute drive to historic downtown Melbourne. Please note: this is a peaceful area, not a party spot. We kindly ask that you respect our no-smoking policy and be considerate of the neighbors.

Enjoy a family-friendly outing to the nearby beaches, basking in the Florida sunshine. Indian Harbour and Satellite Beaches are just across the Eau Gallie Causeway, only 10 minutes away. If you're lucky, you might even witness a SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral!
