Wineries, Golf Courses, Nature walks, weekend markets, Mornington Racecourse and other Peninsula attractions are a short drive away.

From inside, the Panoramic views are just as spectacular from the open plan kitchen / living room, the lounge room and the downstairs games room which opens out to a separate patio.

The master bedroom has bay views and ensuite, there are a further 2 queen rooms with garden views and a bunk room featuring a single up top and double below, the games room has a double sofa. There is a pull out floor mattress if your families configuration needs to bed one extra.

The kitchen comes with Gaggenau stove top, microwave, Vittori coffee pod machine and , wifi, a/c, ducted and jetmaster heating. Laundry includes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. A garage can store a small boat or toys such as boards and golf clubs and has a further mini freezer and drinks fridge for use.
