The location is amazing, to have the opportunity to visit the market and enjoy all the yummy thing in your room (using the kitchen) gives a visit to Melbourne feeling like being at home.

Cool little rooms everything was thought of. Only one thing stopped me for really relaxing after a hard day. The room smelt really unpleasant. Possibly some cooking or dead body. It got to the point i had to spray the bed with aftershave. This ended up giving me a headache. I really liked the place other that this issue.

I chose this property as a post-surgical stay, for it's free Nexflix and proximity to the hospital. There's a handy Woollworths Metro just behind the property, and the balcony door opens for some fresh air. The room itself had everything I needed amd staff were lovely. My only slight inconvenience was that the tv couldn't hold a stable connection for Nexflix, but that couldn't usually bother someone staying here, with all there is to see and do in the area

Very convenient for tram stop right outside. Not the most scenic or interesting area of Melbourne, but close to Queen Vic markets. Room basic but functional and reasonably comfortable. Slow leak from hand basin inlet in my room.
