Property lively reception staff excellent. Maria the driver of the curtsy bus was disgraceful. She asked me to put our cases in van and out. I am 63 have double hernia. Where was the customer service. It was pitaful. If you can’t lift cases then don’t do the job. The rest of my stay was amazing reception staff couldn’t do enough for us
