I love the service i got on the Monday, allowing my sister too leave her stuff there and then take her to the airport even though they did not stay. On saturday night the guy at the desk seemed a little less enthused and even tryng to book van for today seemed hard. Overall nive venue, lady the on Monday was amazing

I enjoyed amenities at this hotel that other hotels seem to have forgotten, such as secure wifi, local phone line, real drinking glasses (not plastic), quality amenities, etc. The room's very small patio was nice for a bit of sunshine and fresh air. Car rental drop-off location is only 1-2 miles away, walkable in good weather. I didn't use gym/pool/cafe so cannot comment on those except to say they exist. Room service and airport shuttle were efficient. Would stay again.

I booked this motel as on the expedia website, it stated on the executive room had a seperate bath and shower. Room only had shower, was offered another room, but wasnt nice. (Dark). Disappointing on check in, as was not told any information. Things like the gym and indoor pool, needed a key and a code. So ended up at Reception a couple of times, with the lady at reception sighing when she saw me back again. Was unprofessional. Guest information book in room was unreadable. Needs to be updated.
