The Space:
The Bunjil by Tiny Away is located in the serene countryside of Steels Creek, just a thrilling 10-minute drive from Yarra Valley and a 25-minute drive from Healesville. Perched atop a majestic peak, this charming tiny house offers panoramic views and a sense of serenity amidst a wealth of nearby attractions to explore. Along the way, visitors can stop at wineries to meet winemakers and enjoy tastings, explore gin and whisky distilleries, and discover craft beer breweries. Healesville is full of boutiques and gourmet providers, making it a perfect complement to the serene escape at this tiny house.
Enjoy the privacy of this elevated retreat, offering both seclusion and proximity to local marvels. Embark on spontaneous adventures to discover nearby treasures like Kinglake National Park, Healesville Sanctuary, Alowyn Gardens, Maroondah Reservoir Park, and Warrandyte State Park.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home, situated in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland in Steels Creek. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. This includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Important Note: Our location is high up with a slightly steep road. Guests in all car types navigate it with ease, but older cars with worn tires may face minor challenges.
Guest Access:
Guest Access: Guests can access the tiny house and surrounding areas and are welcome to use the walking paths to enjoy the property. Restricted areas are fenced, including our home and the area immediately around it, the orchard, vegetable garden, vineyard, and truffière. Additionally, there are two water tanks that are off-limits. Our location is slightly elevated, with a gently steep road leading up to the property. While all car types can usually navigate it with ease, older vehicles with worn tires might experience minor challenges.

By Car:
- From Melbourne CBD, it's approximately 1.25 hours (60 km) to Yarra Glen, a 15-minute drive (11 km), then 25 minutes (18 km) to Healesville.
- The property is easily accessible by a 2WD or 4WD vehicle
By Public Transport:
- Take the Lilydale Train from Melbourne CBD to Lilydale, then transfer to a bus to Yarra Glen. From there, walk or cycle to our property.
