Bedroom 1: A queen side bed, 1 study desk and a study chair, looking at the side front/corner yard.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds with a study desk and a study chair, looking at the backyard.
Both bedroom has large wardrobes.
Laundry: a spacious laundry with Samsung washing machine and a dryer, large sink and working table/storage for daily laundry management
Bathroom: A baby bathtub, a toilet and a shower are (you might find the shower space quite limited )

You have the entire granny flat for your stay.
We don't usually open the access to our back yard unless you have special needs. Let us know.
