It's perfect for a night prior to a flight departure. You have the airport transfer, the restaurant is good, and tge breajfast buffet is nice.

It is a motel after all so cannot expect too much but it is still clean. all the staff services from reception to restaurant to drivers, are exceptional. My flight was being canceled and throughout the middle of then night, the staff was ready to help me with whatever i needed, including late check out and transfer to airport in odd hours.

The staff here were great. And it was very clean. But, it’s not close to many things. There is nothing to do nearby as it is set in a residential area next to a park. It does have an airport shuttle which was a blessing and it’s only 10-15 minutes from the airport. It’s great if you need to stay close to the airport for a layover or a missed flight.

This hotel was clean and very nice. It is an airport hotel and we took the hotel shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel . It felt quite a far journey from the airport and although the hotel was very nice the dining area was packed with people and the breakfast was not that great .

Staff in the concierge are very helpful and that includes the shuttle driver. The birds squawking noise at night when it was raining was spectacular to hear. Some of the guests must be annoyed by the noise but we were happy to hear as such. We will be back if we are in Melbourne in our future travels.
