200m from our fantastic family-friendly beach and lagoon pier, this light & airy 2-level apartment has a pool, gym and tennis court on site. 1 minute from Bay St shops, cafes and restaurants and an easy walk to parks, the tram to the buzzy Melbourne CBD and all it has to offer. Easy going owner just looking to share the joy of this beautiful spot while I'm out of town.

Accurate Listing
The apartment was just as we expected it to be as per the listing. It was centrally located, close to all amenities and the tennis court, pool, sauna and gym was exactly what we were looking for. Great coffee shops nearby a bonus. The owner was an excellent communicator. There were 4 adults and a child in our group. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.
