The good thing about this property is its location. It's very near a lovely beach and in walking distance to pubs and restaurants. However, this property isn't suitable for guests. The Air con leaks water all over the floor. When we stayed there, it was very hot in Melbourne and we could only use the air con for about 5-10 minutes before it began to leak water. It's really not good enough. And it's not as if the owners were unaware. There was a bucket on the floor below the air con and another one on the TV cabinet. Other things we weren't happy with was that the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and not much was provided in terms of essential food items. And coffee pods but no coffee machine? What's with that?! The air con needs fixing asap and these other issues need attention. But I don't think we'll be staying here again.
