A picturesque driveway leads you to your sensational holiday destination perched high on a large allotment that takes full advantage of the majestic views.

Fully equipped & functional kitchen with island bench, all the essential staples including a pod coffee machine. Large living lounge area for all the family to relax, small children's table & chairs, smart TV, Wi-Fi and an open fire place.
Bedroom 1 with Queen bed. Stunning views.
Bathroom with bath, vanity, a large shower with views as far as Cape Schanck. Separate toilet.
Bedroom 2 with single bed.
Expansive outdoor deck with table & chairs, BBQ and superb views as far as the eye can see. Peace, tranquility, only the sounds of nature. Stairs are secure & gated. A piano to 'tinkle the ivories', fold up table tennis table & basketball ring in the garage.

PETS
Your pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. This allotment of over 2000m2 and is not fenced.
LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package, including bathroom towels for each guest is included with all bookings. BYO Beach Towels. Bathroom towels are not permitted to be used outside of the home. Laundering fees will apply.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
